The State of Delaware is one of the smallest states in the US. Second only to Rhode Island. In spite of its relative smallness, it has always taken its place in American history.
Delaware was the first state to ratify the American Constitution and is also known as “The First State”.

The legislation provides for the creation of this hybrid company which is a combination of the best aspects of the Corporation and the Limited Partnership.
