Basic Package
The basic package includes the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Minutes of first meeting appointing the director(s), nominee shareholder (if required), Signed Declaration of Trust if a nominee shareholder is used, Share Certificates, Apostil set of incorporation documents, Register of Shareholders, Register of Directors.
- First year government filing fee, first year registered office fee, first year registered agent fee.
- Courier delivery by FedEx or DHL.
Nominee Director Package
The nominee director package includes:
- Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Minutes of first meeting appointing the director(s), nominee shareholder (if required), Signed Declaration of Trust if a nominee shareholder is used, nominee director, General Power of Attorney in favor of beneficial owner or his designate, Share Certificates, Apostil set of incorporation documents, Register of Shareholders, Register of Directors.
- First year government filing fee, first year registered office fee, first year registered agent fee.
- Courier delivery by FedEx or DHL.
